Shipping Information

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays or sales, please allow an additional 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery: Ship through USPS at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. ManelyRose. co is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Missed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: We understand how important your order is. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged due to carrier error or mishandling, please contact us at ManelyRose@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

Include:

Our team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to find a fair resolution — which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Pre-Orders & Custom Items: Pre-orders and custom products may require additional processing time. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Refund & Return Policy

Product Purchases (Online & In-Store)All product sales are final. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or picked up.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ManelyRose@gmail.com with:

• Your name and order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A short description of the issue

After review, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeframe.

Salon Services

All service deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your final balance. To reschedule, please review our cancellation and reschedule policy on the booking site. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit their deposit. Right to Refuse Service: Manely Rose. Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
